Salt Lake County Library offers non-resident library cards for those who reside outside Salt Lake County. Fees associated with the accounts are based on the term length of the account and are comparable to the amount the average homeowner pays in taxes. Fees are waived for non-resident Salt Lake County employees, teachers, and business owners.
